HOW IT WORKS

Step 1.  Contact Us

Call 888-768 SOLD anytime, 24 hours a day.  The call will be automatically routed to the office nearest you.  If you get voice mail, please leave a message and we will call you back within 24 hours.  Or, fill in the "SELL NOW" and the information will be forwarded to the office nearest you so they can call you.  All information is kept strictly confidential.

Step 2.  The Interview

Our first call will be strictly an information gathering call.  We'll need to get the details about your house, your mortgage, and your needs.  With this information, we'll be able to structure a customized solution that best fits your needs.  Usually, it will take us from 2 to 24 hours to do the research necessary to create your solutions.  Normally, we are not able to make an offer on the first call.

Step 3.  Solution Proposal

Once we've completed our research, we'll call you back with one or more solutions to your specific real estate problem.  After you select a solution, we'll come out to the house to get the necessary agreements signed so you can Sell Your House In 7 Days.  If you live out of the area, we'll send the necessary documents via Federal Express.
